Fastest Way to make Glimmer?
Hey everyone, it's finals week for me and I want to grind glimmer extremely quickly.
My question is what is the most efficient way to make glimmer, in the shortest amount of time.
I know about exclusion zone but I was wondering if there was a better way to do it.

Are there any Go To places for farm glimmer consumables? Obviously each consumable will have its own farm location.

Omnigul Strike. Pop an Ether Seed and Black Wax before spawning in. I net 1000-1500 in the first room alone...

Have a warlock with obsidian mind and a striker titan at exclusion zone. 8 orbs for each person every time.

On the Sword of Crota mission there is a nice glimmer farm. Kill that Prince thing the mission has you kill, and then continue with the story as normal. Stop once you get to the Gatehouse. Pop a black wax idol. There are four yellow health bar mobs in the back left of the room. Kill them, kill yourself, respawn at the front of the room, repeat, profit, boom. It's actually faster than exclusion zone once you get into a groove.

1 ReplyOmigul strike. Pop a Ether and Wax. Kill everyone in first room, wipe and repeat. Or just do wax idol on the part where you 1st see omnigul. Then wipe and repeat on that. You will stack glimmer fast

3 RepliesThere are other ways but nothing is as efficient as the Exclusion Zone. Easy to get to, quickly accomplished, and you gain more Resupply Codes than you use, plus Network Keys as well.

Save all your axio beads, house banners, ect. Then turn them in when you're struggling for glimmer. Exclusion zone is the best tho

6 RepliesGatekeeper CP. Use the Universal Remote and another shotgun (maxed out Swordbreaker or Foud Verdict). I kill all the yellow bar mobs (16) for a total of 592 glimmer (with the glimmer boost item). And in 20-30 minutes (depend how good you are) you'll max your glimmer. And in the end (when you hit 25k), you'll have like 50 items that give you 200 glimmer each for a good bonus.

3 RepliesI do The Dark Beyond on level 24 or so. When you get to the Hive gate ("We've woken the Hive!") take a Black Wax Idol and kill everything that comes out EXCEPT the major knight. As long as you don't kill the knight, you can die and respawn and everything respawn a with you. For me it's even faster than Exclusion Zone and no annoying Phalanx's or shielded enemies to worry about. A Voidwalker with Obsidian Mind is particularly useful for this, as Nova Bomb is almost spammable with so many targets. The enemies also drop lots of loot and more wax idols, further increasing your gains. Hope this helps, and happy hunting!
