Will engrams decrypt to HOW
Will legendary engram's dropped from TDB be up to date if decrypted from, the new chryptarch in HOW

I am also saving all my Faction packages. I was also saving a heavy leg engram but I might as well go ahead and cash it in and get my Gjalla.
