I would say "Thunderlord"
People often dismiss it because they have AAO or Jolders Hammer, but Thunderlord has extremely high aim assist and the faster and faster firing helps to deal with crowds. (it also has an absolutely amazing sound....)

With ruin wings, thunderlord is my primary on any nightfall with arc burn. Can use the thing as a dominant scout with perfect balance lol.
