Those are scrubs. I haven't used Gjallarhorn in a while don't even have it maxed. Last night I used Dragon's Breath on Atheon hard. Dragon's Breath is underrated, everyone says it sucks and that even the Truth is better than it. Even though that's true, Dragon's Breath doesn't suck, it's underrated. I personally haven't heard people say Truth sucks
