When bungie releases their weapon buff and nerf patches it does give a weapon type a huge buff and most of the others crappy nerfs. But that doesn't mean that they should nerf exotics, especially exotic bounty weapons. Some of thoss bounties are a huge pain in the a@@ such as thorn if you aren't too great in crucible or if you don't have void weapons. It does take a lot of skill to complete some of these bounties and because people are complaining about getting killed by a weapon (thorn is the most complained about) it gets nerfed to hell and becomes useless to the point people will start dismantling the bounty once they grab it. I do think want to see this happen so please stop complaining about it and remember it's iron banner. If someone is coming at you with a maxed thorn or last word then yeah you might be screwed but if you counter it with a maxed weapon of your own then the odds of you walking away from that 1v1 increases. The weapons don't make the guardian, the guardian makes the weapon.

Rarity can not be relied upon as a balancing mechanic. Why? It's a game that doesn't end. Sooner or later, everyone had the rarest / best shit. Now it is no longer rare.

Seriously. If it's hard to get you would feel accomplished and you would use it. Especially if it's maxed and if your 32 doing iron banner. It's not broken the people who complain don't want to better themselves to counter it so they want to punish people who use it. That's how this has been happening and it's -blam!-ing bullshit.

Feel accomplished, but don't justify brokenness. I have it. 4000 kills in crucible with it. Its broken. The only counter to it...... IS it.

You can flank. Use a super. Use a shotgun or a sniper rifle. Plus just cause you got a ton of kills with it in crucible means it's broken? If that's your logic then what about every pulse rifle. Are those broken as well. Or how about the hawk moon. Just cause your kill amount is high doesn't mean the gun is "broken"
