They got buffed twice, Pulse Rifles that is.
The range isn't my point, Hand Cannons can still get an 86 from across the map yet with my Shadow Price, it notably decreases from around either 20-23 to 14-17 or 14-17 to 8-10
If it gets it's damage back, it will be on par with 2hk pulse rifles and 2hk hand cannons.
