As the title says.
Well it seems it is above average so if anyone is on Xbox 360 and looking for a fun time in the Crucible hit me up at Medrano911.

I considered that 2.0 is good PD: i have 2.0 (never use shotgun)

Look at it this way. If everybody was the same skill level, we would all kill one person then die. Ultimately we would all have a 1.0 Kd ratio. Anything above 1.0 says you are better than the average skill level for that specific game. In my opinion 0.5 or lower=terrible 0.5-1.0=below average/unlucky casual 1.0=decent/average 1.5=good 2.0=beast 3.0=amazing 4.0=terrfifying 5.0 =insane Above 5.0=MLG status/WTF DUDE?

Better than me. My kdr hovers around .4 to .5. In my defense, I engage a lot even when underpowered/outmanned. I hate sitting back.
-
1 is average..
-
No it has to be 3 and higher! http://imgur.com/IPkezJ0 "Get Good. Scrub" lmao; just kidding I average at 1-2 kd; except when I get hyper and start running around Crucible literally killing someone and running back from where I came from cuz more than likely they will spawn away from me and I will be right there waiting to kill them again. lol. but anyway; yeah kd shouldnt really matter; sometimes you get paired with a good gamer or someone who isnt really good; so meh. I think crucible is more of a luck game; you'll get paired with people either really good at FPS type games or those who aren't. Skill will come with experience. so Keep playing.

Decent.
-
Better than mine. I'd say it's pretty good.
-
Mine is About 1.0 and it says I'm in around the 50th percentile. I'd say 1.7 is good, unless you're on PS4 :)
-
Average K/D is one by convention. Anything above that is above average. Anything below that is below average So yeah its good.
-
Less than 2.0 but greater than 1.0. You will not be immeadiately assaulted as a mouthbreathing failure. Get over 2.5, then you can sit at the big boy table. Nah, just kidding. That's a solid game you have right there. Don't stress over it though. People who obsess over K/D are not people you want to associate with, and it is an empty stat the way it is recorded.

To me, anything positive is good.
-
That's not average! That's a good K/D. Good job man.
-
Anything above a 1.0 is good, because then you are killing more players than you are getting killed
-
1.72 is very good
-
It is yeah, but I always thought the score per minute from black ops 1 was the best indication of how good a player is. Not saying you don't get a lot of kills, I haven't checked your stats, but u could play very conservatively and get a mediocre amount of kills but as a result not get killed often. With score per minute, you're not gonna be in a high percentile if you're not getting in amongst it a lot, and you're also not gonna be up there if you're dying a lot either. I really wish more games had this Stat for the pvp.

No. 2 and over and I'm happy
-
watch this game. The gets a 94 kd...
-
No, 1.72 is not average Assuming for every guardian who gets a kill, his target gets a death 1 is average Discounting suicides
-
-
My friend says anything below 2 is bad but I think that's good
-
I would say 1.72 is above average. 1-1.2 would probably be an average player. Above 2 is a good player.
-
That's actually pretty good
-
I have a 1.32. I never back out of a match no matter how bad we're losing. I'm sure that lowers my K/D but IDFWU
-
I run about a 1.7 as well at the moment. When I started I was consistently getting lower than 0.5. I've just about managed to get my overall kill death to 1.0
