I would bet all DLC for Destiny will be for all consoles. Now after this game is a different story. There are already limitations Bungie has to deal with on the last Gen systems (like taking away the ability to compare guns in the vault so they could increase the space.) By the time another destiny game releases it will be 3+ years into the Xbox One/PS4 generation and I assume most companies won't be developing games for 360/PS3 by then anyway.

Well yeah I expect that by that time most console gamers will have xbox one and ps4 so that's fair it's just not if they pull a huge content update from Xbox 360 and PS3
