I don't know why you or anyone cares what the supposed community thinks and says, the community should not matter to your enjoyment of this game or any game. Personally I couldn't give a fcuk what anyone on here thinks or says, it has no bearing on my enjoyment or dislike of the game.

Well said.

In a game with endgame content residing almost exclusively in community reliant content, I feel the community is a big part of the game. Whether it be raids, nightfalls or even just someone to play with, the game is better with other people.
the game is better with other people
I have friends to play with, but regardless, if player X hates or likes something about the game it doesn't detract from my enjoyment of this or any game. You and others place too much credence in this whole "community" thing, I have been playing video games for 30+ years and one thing I noticed is that there has always been dickheads and good people, but the one thing they have in common is that the come and go, the "community" you know now will disappear as soon as you and everyone else move to the next game. The whole "community" thing in gaming is basically a load of shite due to the short lifespan of the games themselves.

Good points.

Well that's your prerogative, I just see that as a sad way to view the potential that this group of people have

This group of destiny players? What potential is that? The potential to complete the same raid together 1000 times, or maybe destroy omnigul for the 1000th time. Or help some poor person who has shit RNG get a pointless raid completion. It's a game, it means nothing in real life.

Well like I've said, that's your view and that's fine for you. I'm an optimist who would like to see a more positive, collaborative forum, vice a negative and condescending one. If you need no help, and don't wish to provide any help, I'm unsure why you're in the forums?
