Nothing, because if my girlfriend keeps hugging you that means you have some mental problems as I do not have a girlfriend; therefore, you would have imagined it so vividly you perceived it as real and you would be getting hugged by something that is not real. In conclusion, if my girlfriend were hugging you I would be worried for your mental health and try to get help to see why you think that.
