Hobgoblins.
Especially since if the mission level (the actual number, not the difficulty) is yellow they'll 1-shot you even if you're at level 30. Seriously, my Hunter's armor is usually between 1500 or 1536(or close to it) and I STILL get 1-shot by those damn things if the mission is yellow.
