So... House of Wolves is only for people who have friends playing Destiny ?
Sup guys , i was checking out the new expansion and i was really excited , until i saw that the end gear stuff is only obtainable if you have a pre made team to go play with the new features like Trial of Osiris.
I bought my copy only 3 months ago , got two 32 characters i'm really having fun doing stuff but... most of my friends are not playing anymore or bought a Xbone or PS4 i have 2-3 friends who still play.. but rarely.
So i guess it's not worth putting money on the next DLC ? What you guys think ?

I believe they said ib will have a chance to drop them as well. There were other options they mentioned in one of the reveals. Can't remember specifics as I didn't really care since I'll be doing poe.

Recruitment section of the forums you're positing on. Find a team within a couple of minutes for whatever you want in HoW, trials or prison of elders. After playing with them a bit, maybe you'll keep them as a friend and play with them regularly. BOOM now you have friends.

Hmmm all the endgame content require pre made fire teams. Being here three months and you not being able to figure that out is pretty stupid. Iron banner is done faster with premise fireteams Vault of Glass and Crota's End are more fun with premade fireteams Etc etc This is not new information

No offense to you but with that much grimoire score, you should know by know it is very easy to find groups on the forums. Not the best method but hey, it beats playing alone sometimes right? And I actually found with and played with multiple solid groups last week for iron banner

This was me when I started playing destiny as well. Best advice I can give? Find a clan you like, and join it. Been with mine since september, and I never have problems finding a crew of awesome folks every week to raid with.

If you are on ps3 add me. I have over 200 friends and always get my raids done every week as well as more helping other people. So I wouldn't mind helping you out.

Destiny LFG is a site that can help you find teams! I've even made a few friends through runs on that site (one I play with almost every day) so it's worth checking out.

Find people on the forums or the many other websites that offer these services, as Bungie basically said, it's your job to find people to play with, it's there's to find people for you to play against.

You posted to this forum which means you can also post to the recruitment section. Keep playing with randoms off the forums in nightfalls, raids, weeklies, etc. friend request the ones you like playing with and that use a mic. In no time you will have too many friends always bugging you to help them with something that you finished a few days earlier.

To be fair we haven't gotten the details on prison of elders, tho unlikely its not impossible it might have matchmaking (and even if it doesn't, its 3player forehead, finding two randoms at the tower/reef is much easier then getting a raid group together)

My clan has people willing to play with others as long as you know how to cooperate with us. This isn't a recruiting thing but a mention. We consistently play Destiny and grind. We will help anyone in PvP (PvE- you'll have to ask). So, I'm already in a pre-made fireteam, but I'll play with you guys if you're good. "The only people that kill you are your teammates." I think you should find some friends its not that hard. I play on ps3 and i have at least 15 friends on destiny a day. And i met them all randomly through like the tower or raids

Edited by JLakaPanda007: 5/3/2015 1:50:44 PMThere's a lot of ways to find people to play with. From adding randies, to using the forums to LFGs. There are a lot of ways to connect. Clans, while hard to find a good one, will solve a lot of your problems. I used to be the mercenary in my friend's list, now with the clan i'm in (The Riot Squad) I can pretty much raid as often per week as I want to. Good luck in finding a clan and future HoW buds.

Use the resources the community offers you to matchmake until Bungie makes a change. In the mean time, head to #Feedback and drop some posts detailing how this is effecting your experience there. My two cents.

Lfg, find a clan, I have 0 real life friends that play, and honestly I prefer it that way.
