Tbh. I think if it's you playing the game then its ok, its more if theres background footage. I use share factory so upload straight from ps4 which i thinks ok. If i put music on it, it automatically gets ok by the record label but they get the money

"Your use of our data and content must be non-commercial, unless you obtain Bungie’s prior written permission." Basically, you can upload without any hassle, but you can't monetize and make a profit from it. That's what I want permission from Bungie for.

Hmmm not sure how you go about that tbh. Think would only be an issue if you got massive and raked a fortune on it. I've monetized mine and had no issue yet. However only made like 0.42 loland like i said i use sharefactory so don't know if that makes a difference

That's true. I had mine monetized before, but id rather be safe than sorry

Fair enough, but even then i think they would tell you to remove it before taking legal action etc
