It depends. Women are not the same all around, and they all have different tastes. Some like tattoos, some don't like tattoos, and some don't care.

Good tattoos can look sexy on women. However, tramp stamps, anything in the pubic area or ass, and just generally shitty tats like Playboy bunny logos or generic butterflies are automatic -4 points on a woman for me.
