The word -blam!- is just a word, it means many different things! It's a bundle of tied twigs, it's also the name of a meatball dish served in Brown sauce, it's also a derogatory term for gays, it's also an internet meme, it's also a insult for net users(go to 4chan). What you are assuming is that everyone who is calling each other -blam!- is doing so in a derogatory manner towards homosexuals. Your quite narrow minded for assuming this, given that the term -blam!- has no more weight behind it now than the word douchebag has. If I wanted to call someone a homosexual in a derogatory manner, I wouldn't call them a -blam!-, the word has no relevance to the subject. Id call them a Nob jockey, or pillow biter, or something ridiculous. So let me Say this in netspeak, go back to bed newfag!

Whatever it might say in the dictionary, using it casually as a general insult makes you sound extremely ignorant. It's low class talk for poorly raised kids.

I'd hardly say that these kids are poorly raised. You don't know that any better than I do! But this a new world, the Internet allows for this kind of talk, cyber bullying, name calling the troubles are endless. The term -blam!- has been so widely used and abused that any meaning it had regardless of its original meaning are so diluted that the word itself means nothing. You call it ignorance, I call it internet keyboard warriors hiding in the safety of their homes. If anyone is offended by these terms, and there are many, then they are a very small pea in a massive rotten pod!
