So the question you gotta ask yourself is, "do I feel lucky?" Well do ya, punk? Edit 2: yes, I know that the shaders and class items and emblems boost rep gain. I also know the buff gets more potent as the event draws to a close. These are not secrets. Thank you for trying to help (instead of being something that came out of something's butt), but you should assume that I know pretty much all the shortcuts available. Edit 3: fine, one character to rank 5 and two to rank 4. Nitpickers. I--like many, I'm sure--don't have time to reach rank five with three different characters; in fact, depending on how long it's going to take, I may not have time for one. I really want some of that gear, but between the time spent earning glimmer, [i]and[/i] the aforementioned lengthy process of reaching a high enough rank, it's just not practical. I don't know how one might fix this, or even if it really should be fixed. I'd offer shared IB rep among characters as a solution, but it would probably be tough to implement, and I'd probably get flamed (like that's not gonna happen anyway). So, Bungie team, assuming you ever see this, anything you could do to make it a little better for casual scum such as myself would be greatly appreciated.
