You can get level 31 by buying faction or vanguard/crucible gear

My post states i ideally need to be 24 ASAP to take part in level 24 strikes and earn decent vanguard rep/marks so i can get said legendary gear. im looking to get to 24 ASAP and i dont know how best to do so, once i have the rep/marks i know the route to 31 is clear.

If you play 5 crucible games a day, or one hour, thats about 10-12 marks. Just do 3 hours of crucible a week and do bounties so you can buy the armors. Also, what level it your alt?
