Do you kick people that don't have gally or HoC for Crota?
If you do kick them, why do you think that other tracking launchers aren't capable of downing Crota?

I kick people as a last resort, and only when it becomes obvious that as constructed, the fire team I'm in isn't capable of completing it. And I typically offer to help them later on with a different team that can better help carry them.

If you can't hit crota without a tracking launcher your bad. It's really not that hard

Truth is fine as well. Usually when I set up a crota cp, I get so many invites that if you have anything but a maxed Gally, HoC or truth I will kick you.

All I ask is that you have a tracking launcher. Was in CE Hard the other day and one dude kept missing rockets because he didn't have tracking. Um.

Before i found Gjallarhorn i did the raid frequently, on Hard, with Exodus Plan. No tracking. Ppl would sometimes get butthurt and ask how i was gonna hit Crota. If you NEED tracking to hit a 25 foot tall hive knight with a rocket, i kinda feel sorry for you.

It took me forever to get one, of course I used it a lot. But as with EVERY other gun, I stopped using it after a while and moved on...

1 ReplyAny tracking rocket is ok, AS LONG AS IT'S MAXED. I always ask when people join me on hard Crota :Rockets? Or a similar question. But sometimes I find people who honestly think they'll be let into the fight with a UNMAXED One Way Ticket/ other faction or Vanguard rocket. "But it has tracking". NO. I started today with 8 fûcks and I plan on ending it the same way. I also prefer people with hungers as long as they have cluster bombs or a maxed Ghally etc. because you know they have experience with the raid. Just my personal preference.

Haven't done Crota since Hard mode came out. I can't believe this is still a problem. Lame asses.

When we started Playing crota (normal) we even used snipers to take him down, now you need all 32 with tracking even on normal or you are out! Sad

He honestly doesn't move that much. Tracking is not necessary. I did it last night with no tracking and cluster for the hell of it, because I didn't feel like switching weapons around. It's just pretentious elitist assholes who boot, and you're honestly better off raiding without them.

However I say that with the caveat being that I'm going to bring at least half of my own people who will have Ghorns, so we'll be able to counteract the loss of wolfpack damage. Edit: I also prefer not everyone (especially the sword barer) having Ghorn, because when you fire wolfpack rounds at the sword barer he will flee the rounds half way across the map if they don't instantly kill him. In my experience that's somewhere around 75% of the reason the sword barer hides and we get out of sync with the timing.
