I started to complete my iron banner bounties, but I noticed today that there were no new bounties. Is this normal or a glitch?

Wait for a reset, but I'd you've had ones carry over to today then you can't double do them sorry.

It's normal. If they haven't reset, then you'll most likely be required to complete your current bounties. Otherwise, it's just a matter of waiting for the bounties to reset.
