How many hours have you played?
Personally, I have played about 250 hours in this game. I have only 1 character that's 32 and I have all the Titan armor exotics. I almost have all of the exotic guns and such. I just think RNGesus likes me, but I have also bought weapons and armor from Xur almost every other week when he has good gear. Currently working on my Hunter & Warlock.
Edit:
A lot of people picked 601+ hours played. Extremely understandable since people want to get that GHorn and other exotics

Been playing since the second week of November. I've clocked 700+ hours according to Destiny Tracker. I'm still missing some exotics. I was kind of late to Raiding, can't blame the game for that one.

I've fully played roughly around 750-800 hrs maybe more. Even deleted my male hunter to make a female hunter just to see if I could get better luck lol.
