No. I actually got one from the stupid -blam!-ing cheesed out raid when you could still roll the old version. Fully upgraded it then. Xur finally offered the upgrade. Then leveled it again. After that I said wow this game is just a stupid -blam!-ing grind so I can equip this gun during said time and carry it around just like every other lame ass equip in Destiny.
