is a 1.19 K/D good for pvp

If you go to destiny tracker it'll give you the percentile you're in for a range of stats. It's better to have a combat rating over 100 than a positive K/D

Edited by Speck311: 5/5/2015 11:28:35 PMPvp in this game is heavy on kill trading and cheap game play. Run towards the purple box when it comes and make sure you get kills out of your super handicap. Green ammo can also give you some instakill ammo. (Your ratio is probably average..fine)

If your kd is above 1 then chances are your scoring more points for your team than the enemy so I'd say that's good

Over 1 is all you should shoot for. Really, none of it matters, but some people won't play with you if your k/d is low. I think k/d isn't a good assessment of how good your are

If it's >1, it's not bad.

Anything positive is good I have never lost a match when your whole team is 1.0

Depends on the person. In other games (battlefield, call of duty, etc) I can maintain 3+ k/d but on destiny I can hardly hold a 2.

It's not "good" but it's definitely above average, and if you consistently keep that kd each game you will be slightly helping your team.

It is respectable. You are in the positives. If all your team mates do that same you'll win more than you lose.

4 Replies"Good"? No it's not good. It's barely acceptable. On average you kill more than you die, which is helping your team but you aren't leading a comeback or topping the leaderboards. That's what a good players does. You aren't good. You are average. Not to sound mean or anything but 1.1 isn't considered good by any stretch of the imagination.

Anything over 1 is helping your team on average, so I would say yes.
