I just got a ps4 plugged in everything. Got WiFi set up cuz I need that to sign into psn account!! 1st got some CW- error code thing. Then later set wifi up again and get CE-33986-9 constantly. The ps4 can obtain the IP but failed to connect. and the constant CE-33986-9 error. I'm so frustrated I contacted Comcast and Sony back and forth and turned out Comcast did help me with the port forwarding [quote] PlayStation®Network and SCEA Game Servers All games published by SCEA (first-party) and the PlayStation Network may use the following ports for communication with SCEA (first-party) game servers: TCP Ports: 10050, 10051, 10040 - 10060UDP Ports: 50000 - 60000 [/quote] And still not working.... Again with the CE-33986-9 errors. I even try the DNS primary and secondary 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 too but it didn't work. Anyone has anything of these problem before??
