(If you get shot in the back by this thing, the indicator will say you are getting hurt from directly in front of you, and in PVE this will focus the AI's attention away from where they actually got hit so long as you remain undetected. Also, you don't gain an invisibility field like Patience and Time, but after aiming down sights for a few seconds, it removes the red glow people see from a sniper. This lasts for about 5 seconds.)
