Best way to farm for a scout rifle with firefly?

Crucible... either IB for scout and reroll till firefly ( doubt its gonna be as epic a purchase as last time), or Crucible marks for Rapier. ORRRR wait till 19th and get any legendary scout to reroll it.

I use it everywhere, it only took a few hours of strikes to get it fully leveled, its a beast that eats adds and irritates the shit out of bosses. Don't think you will put it down once you get that firefly unlocked

Iron banner could have ghelions demise again. Has firefly and is second only to fang of ir yut in terms of total awesomeness. Great scout rifle but unlikely it'll be there so cross your fingers.

You can grind/play PvP for saterienne rapier or just wait a few weeks and buy a scout in HoW and re-roll it.

Wait for HoW. Buy high impact scout. Reroll till it has what you want. I usually get a firefly scout every 4th or 5th nightfall.
