I'm really new to raiding and have had people get annoyed if we wipe too much but no one has been rude or booted me. Most important thing is to profess your ignorance/noobness as soon as you get the invite. I often find people just want you to listen and do, people who tend to get hate are those who won't stop talking about irrelevant stuff... Also, I'm on 360 too, add me if you wanna run Raids Wednesday evenings (GMT) or weekends!!
