For new guns and armour sure.
But packages wont get you to lvl 33 or 34 though. You will need to upgrade your exotics or use etheral? light to upgrade anything to light lvl 33/34 or 365 attack.
My plan is to upgrade one exotic armour piece straight away = 32 and a half
My first etheral light will be spent on a piece or ledgendary armour to get me to 33.
