How rare is the Pradeyth's Timepiece?

I got it today. It's pretty dope. But only for pvp. It's kills super fast and the perks on it are great(it's already good and I haven't lvled it up yet). It's basically the Edict of VoG without full auto. But it still fires uber fast if you tap the trigger

Not rare at all I don't alway do VoG 30, but when I do, I often loot this crappy pulse...

I've gotten 6 in the past 2 weeks alone(along w/4 Praetorian Foil) so lately it hasn't been rare but before I remember wanting both those raid weapons and them never dropping for me.

It is more rare as most players hit the Aetheon CP and use that for all characters.

I've gotten the foil, but no timepiece. I have never seen the foil drop other than when I got it, and I've seen the timepiece every other hard run. So it's rare, but not at the top of the list.
