Why the hate on exotic hand cannons
I don't get why people will openly say the last word is the worst of the 3 excotic hand cannons but all scream nerf is it because it's the most popular because xur sold it 3 times so most people have one it honestly isn't that good if more than one person is going after you you're kinda screwed its ment to be the best at 1v1 it has to be slightly op but it's easy to beat how can everyone hate tlw and ignore thorn is basically a 2 hit kill not to mention hawkmoon has the potential to ohko or 2 shot at nearly any range so why the focus of hate on the last word
[spoiler]I have all 3 hand cannons tlw from nightfall hawkmoon from crota strike and thorn honestly tlw fits my play style the most so I just don't get the hate [/spoiler]

All 3 need an aim assist nerf and they are fine

Those that are good with handcannons rule the crucible. Case of fastest ttk at the cost of achieving a certain skill bar. They'll be nerfed, either impact which would make them useless Or rate of fire, which would being them in line with other guns. Then pulse rifles would be looked at again... Everything should just be reinstated and never touched again. If something doesn't measure up, buff it....dont nerf everything else

1 ReplyNever nerf! Always be buffing! If something feels overpowered crank everything else up. Just a thought. People hate because they lost, plain and simple. Whether its a match, a control point or a life they lost and they are sore losers. It's a game. Treat it as such. Win some, lose some.

It's the "Nerfing" that needs to stop. Every time a game attempts to nerf the most overused weapon class, it makes other ones become superior. Buffs are what needs to happen, for example the only thing that happened to Scout Rifles was a slight damage buff in Destiny's early days, and SRs are widely considered balanced. Pulserifles did get a little bit overbuffed, a lot of people will attest to that. Hand Cannons are fine, because all non-exotic hand cannons take at least 3-4 shots to kill, while all three of the current Exotic Hand Cannons have the potential to two hit kill (TLW can two hit kill if the ADS bug happens, it will hit a 111 headshot.)

Thorn is really the only one I have a problem with but I dont want to cry nerf because everyone will just switch to the next most powerful gun then the next most powerful gun etc until they all do 1 damage and shoot like 2 bullets per minute It would be nice to see more than like 2-3 people per game use different guns though...

Notice when they took away auto rifle power everyone talks bad on hand cannons now. If they nerf those everyone will say the new pulse rifle is OP. It never ends

I still have my 300dmg one from an old vault raid and I get random hatemails whenever I use it. Yet, no one seems to care when I kill them with a fatebringer, WoC, or Red Hand IX. Whenever people get butthurt in the crucible it's usually after Xur sells items that are crucible worthy. *Look at what happened after Suros was sold. Most of the noobs complaining weren't around for that one. I think its funny that people go to great lengths to complain about the weapons instead of just adapting to the situation and dealing with it.

1 Replywell here is how it goes people hate Hawkmoon because its a PS exclusive and its 2 kills are random so people feel cheated when killed by them. people hate thorn because of yor get hit in the head twice you have to wait for you death. also people who have thorn then to be better at PvP and makes the weapon seem better then it is normally. People hate TLW because its Bugged and it basilcy extremely overpowered because of it. they are also some of the best PvP exotics in the game.

12 RepliesPlease add periods. Understand that Hawksun is psn only, so it's not as bad. TLW is op, and so is Thorn. Use them both, and I feel dirty and cheap.

I like them! No hate from me.. On xb1 so only thorn and tlw for me and I used them both all the time :)
