Whats the best sniper in the game?
What are the best snipers in PvP and PvE?

Fast rate of fire guns in pvp like praedyth's revenge. For pve high impact ones will do better like ldr for example. Not saying these gun types are locked in that game mode but in pvp, all snipers are a two shot body shot (excluding bonus damage modifiers) so a fast rate of fire will quickly take an enemy by surprise. In pvp the low impact makes damaging larger targets a waste of ammo. You spend like 2-4 with a low impact sniper when a high impact one could have used 1-2

PvP: Praedyth's Revenge or Prudence (with perfect perks) PvE: Blackhammer, Icebreaker, or Efrideet's Spear (w/Field Scout)

PVP- praedyth's revenge - No kick, High fire rate - until HoW locked at 300 att so it struggles a bit in PvE PvE- Black Hammer, Ice Breaker - For most day to day activities there isn't any other sniper you will need.

Ice Breaker and Patience and Time are my two favs.

Black Hammer, Patience and Time, LDR 5001, and Icebreaker are all worth using in PVE

Depends. On the iron banner sniper. If you get the correct perks result in a 1 shot body or head kill as the last round. There is no definite answer due to perks differing in hundreds of combinations

Ice breaker exotic and black hammer pve but prayedeths revenge pvp

I have Black Hammer and it destroys against bosses, but it isn't the best in pvp because of low magazine size.
