What rank is the helmet and are we able to upgrade armor in HoW, or just weapons? Yeah i could probably find these things in the weekly updates but I am and have been lazy lately.

Armor will be upgradable. But no mention of ib specifically.

The helmet will most likely be rank four and the weapons from HoW DLC will be able to reroll.
