Who here has heard of "Operation Jade Helm 15"?

Link is to a news source (no idea if it's credible, just keep seeing smaller news sources talk about it) that I saw on facebook. I'm seeing it several times a day from different sources.
Has anyone heard about this or have more articles? Legitimate? Do I need to put my tinfoil hat on?

2 RepliesHonestly, it seems like something that makes sense. War and conflict is changing. It's no longer about known quantities and enemy soldiers. It's unnerving, but we've entered the age of shadow warfare, where anyone in any place could potentially be an enemy. We need to revamp our military training to reflect that
