Just a comment from an entitled streamer. Trolls get the same treatment over on Prof Bromans channel.
Professional streamers need to be professional sadly they are not.
And a crime is a crime, including threats of taking ones life.

He didn't threaten to kill anybody so it isn't a death threat. It is not illegal. Go kill yourself.
-
Actually if you tell someone to kill their self and they do you can get charged with involuntary manslaughter

Here: http://www.twitch.tv/triplewrecktv/v/4308534 ~9:45 streamer confronts troll "Billy". A few minutes later streamer says to this person that they "shouldn't be alive". ~9:58 is when he says "kill yourself" to this person. ~10:10 streamer says "I don't feed trolls. I end their existence.... <pause> That's not what I live to do. But I enjoy doing it. <pause> Feels good man."

Wish everyone could see the chat side of things...
-
You don't have to. The streamer reads out what "Billy" says.
-
Dude I was there. He didn't read it all...
-
So, then, tell me.
-
I don't have that kind of memory bud. There was a lot going on in chat, just thought I'd let you know.

Edited by weily: 4/26/2015 7:48:13 AMEven if what the troll said was inflammatory there's a reason Twitch gives their streamers moderating tools. When a grown man, whose viewership spans all age groups, instead chooses to say some dark shit over live broadcast directed at a random person then they should probably consider another career. And I'm not trying to pick on this streamer. It's the whole gaming community. Honestly, speaking for myself, I think everything would be fine if he apologized or gave some acknowledgment that what he did was wrong.

It'll happen because triple is the bigger man. BUT.... you're forgetting one important thing, he responded... The other guy "billy" needs to stop antagonising people first and foremost. Picking on other people for what they love is the real problem... Not telling the bully to go kill himself.

Stay in school ducky.

It's still illegal in Canada and (I believe) in the US to tell someone to kill themselves

Incitement to suicide go hand in hand with cyber-bullying laws. If harassment is over a period of time, sure, push charges. But incitement to suicide is nearly impossible to prosecute for two reasons: 1. If incitement to suicide is uttered, and the person kills themselves, the defense is used that the person was likely driven to suicide prior, regardless of the incitement. 2. The prosecution would have to be able to prove that the inciters intention was to push them to kill themselves. In a world where people make jokes about Justin Bieber "doing a flip" while committing suicide are acceptable, this is no easy task. tl;dr kill yourself

Alright then smart guy, but you don't have to be a F*c*ing asshole
