So I was running my hunter through some ROC and by the grace of RNGesus a legendary engram dropped. Then two minutes later, another. These two purple engrams are the only two I've seen in perhaps a month, easy. I then saw lots of blues and greens like normal. It felt like I was being rewarded for only being 28. You think level matters? A way to encourage lowers? Or just because it was ROC and not a Raid or Strike? Both turned out shards btw. Ugh. In retrospect I probably should have held onto them for HOW but I was just so thrilled to even see them.
