Watching anime doesn't make someone a weeaboo. Having body pillows and posters is being a weeaboo. It's okay to watch anime. It's the 7% of anime fans that ruin the concept of watching anime. Before you ever hate on an anime post of OffTopic again, keep this in mind. Yes. Some are weeaboos. But most are decent people.

2 RepliesTRUE Japanese culture is really amazing. Their martial arts, their history, all of it is incredible. Weaboos ignore all of it and only watch cartoons, then have the audacity to say they are "Japanese." Then they wonder why they're so loathed.

I think anime is awesome but I don't think I'm either. I'm not obsessive about it & I'm definitely trying to become part of japanese culture.
