The attached image is from an email sent directly to me from Bungie, advertising the expansion pass. It says that "Each expansion contains ... a new Raid". So to all the people who I told "Bungie never promised" - I apologize. To anyone demanding a refund or whatever - I'm still muting you because you're being silly. A Raid is not the only content and not the sole value to the DLC. I think we're getting a lot of things that we asked for with HoW, and I certainly wouldn't trade it all for a new Raid.
