[BUNGIE] Can't sign in to your mobile app through Xbox? I got you. +CAT PICS
Our mobile app was feeling inappropriately patriotic and decided to not allow users to sign in with their Xbox accounts if they weren't set to US English. We're working on a fix, and it'll get deployed when we know it's safe to do so.
In the meantime, [b]set your device locale to US English [/b]if you're getting an error stating, "[i]We're unable to process your request. Microsoft account is experiencing technical problems. Please try again later[/i]." After you've signed in, you can change the language back.

Worked for me. I set device and language settings to US English. I signed out, back in w/MS, back out, back in w/PS and now have both friend lists available. I think if people are having device issues, maybe an alternative login is appropriate on desktop browsers to accept MS/Bnet cookie terms? Or is this data link an app only issue?

3 RepliesHi Siffow I've been having this issue for the last 4-5 days now and still can't login to my Microsoft account on the app. Tried numerous things, including changing my iPhones language to English US, clearing cache and content database, uninstalled/reinstalled etc. All are unsuccessful paths to troubleshoot. I can login with my iPad mini, into my profile on Bungie.net through browsers on iPhone, laptop and iPad mini. Still no success. Any suggestions?
