Grim Citizen was better, and Vanquisher is just as good as Grim

I have a Vanquisher 2.0 with hip fire, range finder, perfect balance and field scout. So well rounded

My Grimm has final round increases reload speed perfect balance and life support got it from and engram its a better pve with the roles I got
