I prefer my vision of confluence any day full auto scout rifle with solar damage and increased stability can't get any better then that

Well I have both. But High impact hand cannon with large mag, arc damage firefly and explosive rounds edges out VOCs very good perks. In mid to low range situations fatebringer is simply 10 times deadlier. VOC is great, my second most used primary. But FB is in class all its own.
