[Guide] How to Jump Crota's Bridge With Every Class
I know many people know this and it's nothing knew but I just wanted to put together a very short video of how I jump Crota's Bridge without it being formed. A lot of people were asking me in my stream so hopefully other can find this helpful as well!
I start off with Hunter blink, then titan, and end with showing how to blink across as a warlock as well as using balanced guide. This is super helpful not just to cheese but to help your team if for some reason the bridge is unable to be formed. Practice these, they are a lot of fun and the blink is a lot harder then you think! Feels great when you finally make that jump and pull that clutch gate keeper kill!

Cool vid. You can also jump it with hunter triple jump. Also, titans can do the jump from the beginning of the bridge straight across, but it helps to have a weapon with +2 agility.

nice compilation! fun to see how the methods changed within a few months... blink strike made it easier for me. I was going to comment that the agility could be higher for the hunter but as you mention (and show in the vid), the agility does not matter. Good to know. For the SwordBearer i find the shotgun Invective very helpfull: fast and powerfull and always enough ammo so you can keep trying.

Awesome guide. I've been doing the hunter blink, but had consistency issues. Your method of lining up the right angle really helped a lot!

1 ReplyBlinking way can be difficult. What I always do is you jump up with the sword from the unbuilt bridge. You then start swinging following the bridge path. Once you are about to the other end (you will be below the edge) you start swinging to the right. There is a little perch you land on that is next to the wall. Then you jump up and around to another rock that's a little higher up. Then you finally jump up onto the other side. Takes some practice but after a few tries it becomes way more consistent than the blink way.

Do not activate the platform while killing him. Then stand directly in the center of the platform. As soon as the totem makes that 'whoosh' noise, [i]walk[/i] off the platform just past the outer ring and then [i]walk[/i] back to the center of the platform. Do this twice. On the third time, the platform will be fully constructed before the third 'whoosh' noise. Grab the sword and cross. You'll have about between 5 and 10 seconds to spare on the sword if you do it right. Edit: in order to do this, you need to start the encounter and wait at the bridge for the Swordbearer to run straight towards you. If he goes right or left, restart the encounter.
