I know all these people are christmas noobs. How do I know this you ask?
The roll on that Lord High Fixer is the stock roll you could buy from the crucible vendor. I still have mine as well.

I honestly didn't know at first that it was the stock roll. And i haven't found anything proving that. But even so, it's overkill now that HC range was nerfed. And since vendors don't sell it anymore, this same roll will be incredibly rare to find.
