Yes but when lag benefits someone then either they're cheating, Bungie sucks or it's both. Frankly, I'm sure it's both.

Keep a close look at all the connections next time you die they are never the same, I'm not saying that people are not cheating, just more people are lagging through no fault of their own.

Not always. If Bungie kicked laggy players from the game I think we'd see an improvement.

Sure there would. If someone is lagging too much, the player is removed from the lobby to spare the others.
