Any mmo, you play the expansion to get the next set of gear to become higher level. Game is broken otherwise.

"Become Legend"...yeah...the same Legend as everyone else. It´s really cool that we can use different gear now. And for you whiners: I think there will be a new material only obtainable in new hardmodes or the Prison of Elders so that the Raids and the Arena won´t be obsolete at all.
