Why does everyone love the LDR 5001??
I like it, it's a great sniper, but why does everyone love it so much?!
[b]Edit 1[/b] Wow seems that a lot of people are saying it's because of the aim assist... I agree it has a very high standard aim assist for its class. But I usually go with her benevolence because mine has better perks.

I wondered why and I've come to the conclusion on why it's so good. It's extremely high Impact AND Aim Assist. High Impact snipers generally have a very low AA (Efrideet's Spear for example) and LDR has an oddly high AA. Close to Patience and Times (highest in Destiny). Mine also has Firefly and Field Scout and is Solar. Thats a big reason too. Don't just buy this from the vendor though. Their version is trash unless you're desperate for an Arc sniper. (I have Speer in Arc) I generally don't use Vanguard, Faction or Crucible weapons. I prefer End Game content. But LDR and Against All Odds are my 2 exceptions. imo, the best legendary in their class by far with the right perks. (Jolder's Hammer = Against All Odds) TL;DR = LDR is good because of it's aim assist and impact.
