Remember the Vex Mythoclast "bug" that was corrected only after we complained!

That's the funny thing about bugs. They may have originally intended for the game to work that way and decided against it. A recent patch may have accidentally unlocked it. I'm not saying they couldn't have just done it now. But there is always a possibility it was accidental.
