Guys right now I'm sad and..
I just don't know what to do. My girlfriend left. If I have any advice. Don't give anyone the opportunity to waste your time twice. She broke my heart before and cheated on me. But a year after that. We got to talking and I decided to give her a second chance.. Worst mistake of my life. Here I am.. Laying down just unhappy. I have had a constant pain in my chest. I just don't know what I should do. But I know she doesn't want me for sure. I guess I just have to let go..

If she's done this too you then don't do anything else to get her back. The one thing that will help is friends, real friends... Not us. We are scrub lords and we can't help. But some can so if you need any , we got your back.

Dude, I was in love with the craziest girl I've ever met. We were together for almost 3 years. She started playing with my head. She was a manipulator. I ended up breaking it off and breaking my own heart by doing so.....then a few weeks later I met another girl. I've been happily married to her for 7 years now. Found out later the girl that I was with turned out to be the sneakiest whore. Moral of the story, get a rebound girl. That rebound girl may end up being the light of your world.

Take some time and "do you" bro. Do things that make you happy and enjoy them to the fullest without a care in the world. Hang out with your friends and stuff go out, but lay off women for awhile. You won't be ready emotionally, and for the love of god, if the ex hits you up for whatever reason, you ignore that call, block the number, don't read the texts, and man up and tell her to -blam!- off when you're ready. It'll take a huge load off your chest.

That's some thing you have to let go man. Beating your self up about it will make it worse. My advice is be single for a while. Go have a good time with your buddys. There is always other girls that are not like her and girls that are.
