YES, just stop questioning it. If you havent played Titan and tried to shoulder charge then you have no idea how easy it is to get gunned down before getting a hit! And if you tried the normal melee on titan, You'd know it blows so shoulder charge is a good trade since warlocks get shields for melee hits and hunters can throw knives.
