Crucible. Patch 1.1.2. people quitting destiny
So yeah crucible is officially ruined due to getting hardly any special ammo. There was nothing wrong with crucible before this patch. For all you cry babies that can't roll with the big dogs that know how to use shotguns obviously shouldn't be playing crucible. Go do some patrol or something it's called competitive multi-player for a reason.. not complain that you suck. I'm just saying without special ammo you cant even turn the game around I've came back from an 8k lead in control before just from running around with my shotgun. You can't do that with any primary... Bungie please fix this. I'm a huge pvp player and is one of the reasons i play destiny. i really don't want to throw this game down. Fun fact: if you see someone using the thorn you know they're desperate for to get kills. (;

If you don't like then why change it for everyone. Ask bungie to make your own pussy crucible. Don't change ours.
Edit 1: Everyone keeps saying to adapt... why couldn't you adapt to the previous crucible?
Edit 2: I love how the people commenting are the ones that complained about it in first place. Don't call me a whining bitch when in fact your sorry ass' couldn't roll with the 1.1.1. I understand some people need it dimmed down just to win once in awhile so there you have it. You will win more often not because no special ammo because majority of the people are leaving lol. Equip universal remote or invective if you're so dependant on shotguns. I personally prefer the Crucible now, more primaries!

Uhh....adapt to the previous crucible? We've played it and played it well. You're telling us to adapt when you're unwilling to do the same? There isn't much difference in the matches. I still juggle between the three weapons in matches depending on the situations and come out doing well. I still snipe and shotgun all over the place and run around with heavy and primaries. Just play the game and don't get the bad habit of depending on one type of weapon to turn a match around.

Obviously a bit of balancing from time to time but not completely changing gameplay . Forum represents such a small percentage of actual player base

Get over it, I played crucible for a while today and could barely notice the difference... Like of course once I ran out it took a while to get back and all but you got your primary. It just means you gotta preserve your ammo and not just jump around with a shotgun forever

Here's the first flaw in your logic: in what other FPS has a secondary been used more by the majority of players than the primary? Here is the second: why does using a primary mean that the crucible is now broken and due to the lack of secondary ammo, it's worse? Do not try to scream, SKILL SKILL SKILL! When you need the crutch of a one hit kill weapon. Obviously you lack it if you can't engage in a gun battle. You and everyone like you are just angry because, even though you mostly go negative using a shotty or fusion rifle, the fact that it has the one-hit-kill potential makes you feel like a babe in the womb kind of secure.

Your shotty has nothing to do with the crucible nor your special ammo, its all about who lags who and who has the best lag advantage at what point. I prefer to use primary weapons, since it for one takes more skill to hit with 1 bullet multiple times than it does 15 that spread 1 time.

It was necessary now there will be less of a luck sack and more skill shown in combat through strategic grabs of special ammo now you should see good teams winning by more and bad teams doing worse that's about it
