Reason was that she was still immature. Underage sex offenders get tried as an adult in extreme cases and imprisoned. Why would they let her walk?

3 RepliesHoly shit lady. Getting 200 hours community service for that? What, was it her birthday? Did she bang the judge? I know she was a teen and underage at the time but seriously...what the hell... She also just ruined her own life. What company is gonna hire a woman charged with possession of "extreme animal porn". Did she already have a job? I wonder what her employers reaction was...

3 RepliesEdited by Lynx7386: 4/17/2015 11:56:15 PMPersonally I think it is absolutely retarded to be convicted for possessing digital images, that is if you didn't take the pictures or pay for them. Imagine if you could be put in jail for looking up murder pictures on the Internet. You didn't murder anyone, but having pictures of the act is just as bad as killing the person yourself. The law is so hypocritical sometimes. Note: I do think it is wrong to sexually (or in any other way) abuse children, animals, or people. I do not condone doing so. I simply think it's a waste of time, money, and manpower going after people who really haven't committed any crime other than touching themselves to questionable material instead of going after those who are really committing the crime.

1 ReplySide note beastiality porn and torture animal or human video is legal in the US. The acts of either are illegal but not the images/video. Some animal torture videos were illegal (kitten crush videos) but then laws were struck down by the supreme court a few years ago. US child porn laws are far stricter though. Minimum manditory sentences often apply that give judges no leway.

2 RepliesShe got sentanced for having pictures of torture and animal porn?!?!?!? What the -blam!- is this? Oceana? Jesus christ. Gtfo thought police. And for the CP: Viewing pictures of a minor is not the same as sexually assaulting them. The comparison you made is almost offensive, OP. Also, the issue of a minor viewing other pictures of minors is very complex, and not at all black and white.

She's female. It says it blatantly in the article. It says she was an underage, female paedophile who's very immature. Very unusual type of peado. It's ridiculous, why would you let something like that go unpunished? It's not like she's going to have matured much in 3 years, and a suspended sentence? Is that supposed to be a deterrent? "Ok, don't get caught for 2 years and I'm ok" Stupid. And what's worse, this is my county we're talking about. I live 45 mins away from her. -blam!- sake.

1 ReplyActually this guy has a sad story. He suffers from a rare condition knows as Pneumoniae perfecta. When he was young, his mother told him he was worthless and abandoned him at a hospital. He grew up in an orphanage and was bullied for his looks but he always tried to stay positive. He told himself that he would always believe in himself and achieve his dreams, no matter what others said. When he got older, I completely made this story up and you've wasted your time reading this.
