Is Super Good Advice supposed to be a gatling gun?
The weapon absolutely does have three barrels, and they are set up in the balanced configuration that is seen in gatling guns and vulcan cannons.
However, I doesn't look like there is the rotating hardware on the weapon to feature rotating barrels.
With a weapon that can fire for a minute straight, it would make sense to have multiple barrels. In fact, all machine guns that feature a single barrel have to have that barrel changed after sustained fire. But those extra barrels are never carried on the weapon though -they're too heavy.
So what is up with SGA? I know the barrels don't spin in the game, but I am sure their presence is connected to the gun's ability to sustain heavy fire for extended periods. I can't imagine any other reason why they would be there, or why they would be configured in the gatling style.
Any one have any ideas?
*Edit* Maybe the barrels don't spin mechanically, but rotate nonetheless via space-magic teleportation?
If the gun can magic missed bullets back into the magazine, it can probably magically teleport the barrels in a rotating fashion...
It does spin. It's just do good that it spins faster than the eye can keep up with. Much like a tire on the road (rotation flips, and at a high speed almost stops). If something moves fast enough it stands still or disappears entirely.

If you watch closely it fires a round out of each barrel in order. So it is using all 3 barrels, spinning would be awesome though.

I would have to guess that ammunition is loaded into each barrel as that particular round is fired and the bolt assembly rotates within the weapon's casing. The ammunition may be loaded in via the "microtransmat" mechanism that the grimoire mentions while the bolt is mechanically rotating as i would imagine that teleporting something requires a significant amount of energy, which may be why you only fire one shot at a time while alternating barrels.

Spinning barrels would be awesome! Bump!

Hell ya

Distrubuting shells in a staggered pattern would be complicated to time the feed to the firing pins and also make the gun extremely unstable.
